Born in Hiroshima, Japan in 1984. Kiki debut in the Korean film, “One Shining Day”(2005).
Then appeared in “Time“(2006) by Ki-duk Kim. From 2008, she starts producing movies. She won Best Picture and Best Actress Award by starring and producing the movie “Hospitalit´e”(2010) by Koji Fukada. Sugino also appeared and produced “Odayaka”(2012) by Nobuteru Uchida and “Au revoir l’été “ by Koji Fukada, etc. She was chosen by the Jury at International Film Festival Rotterdam for the first time of Japanese in 2014.
She started directing “Kyoto Elegy” (2014). Her second featured film, “Taksu” won the Rising Director Award at Busan International Film Festival. Directed and starring “Snow Woman”(2016), premiered at the competition Tokyo Film Festival and she won the Jury Prize at the QCinema IFF. She recently appeared in “I WANT TO BE LOVED” (Ronan Girre), “Natsu-Itarutokoro” (Elaiza Ikeda) “A picture with Yuki” (Lachezar Avramov), etc. “Love Mooning” (Kunitoshi Manda) will be showing in theaters on Nov 12, 2021.

1984年生まれ、広島県出身。2005年、韓国映画『まぶしい一日』で俳優デビューし、続けて『絶対の愛』（06/キム・ギドク監督）に出演。
2008年から映画制作にも乗り出し、主演兼プロデュース作『歓待』（10/深田晃司監督）で作品賞と女優賞を受賞。出演兼プロデュース作は『おだやかな日常』（12/内田伸輝監督）、『ほとりの朔子』（13/深田晃司監督）他多数。14年のロッテルダム国際映画祭で日本初の審査員に選ばれる。
『マンガ肉と僕』（14）で監督デビューを果たし、監督2作目『欲動』で釜山国際映画祭Asia Star Awardsの新人監督賞を受賞。監督主演作『雪女』（16）は東京国際映画祭コンペティション部門に正式招待、ケソン国際映画祭で審査員賞を受賞。近年の映画出演作は『海の底からモナムール』（ロナン・ジレ監督）、『夏、至るころ』（池田エライザ監督）、『ユキとの写真』（ラチェザール・アヴラモフ監督）など。『愛のまなざしを』（万田邦敏監督）が2021年11月12日より全国公開。

Shuzo John Shiota joined the Nippon Steel Corporation in 1991. Shiota went on to participate in the launch of Dream Pictures Studio in 1997.
He moved to Polygon two years later and in 2003 assumed the position of President and CEO. As studio head Shiota has spearheaded efforts to cultivate Polygon's overseas presence, helping the studio to become a leading developer of TV series and content targeted at the foreign market.
Shiota has also served as a judge at major Japanese and international film festivals including Prix Ars Electronica (AUS), SIGGRAPH (U.S.) and the Annecy International Animation Film Festival (France).In 2008, he was selected as one of the "25 Toon Titans of Asia" by popular industry publication Animation Magazine.
He will also preside as conference chair for SIGGRAPH Asia in December 2021.

Ando, who in his youth worked with Shuji Terayama　who was very famous poet, author and film director in Japan, is known for his refined and creative expressivity as a filmmaker. He is a global pioneer to incorporate Hi-vision techniques in film making.
His many films have received numerous international awards, including the Silver Maile Award at the Hawaii International Film Festival and the Grand Prize at the International Electronic Cinema Festival in Montreux etc.. His works are included in the collections at major art museums and film libraries in Paris, New York, Los Angeles, Tokyo and elsewhere.
In both 2001 and 2005, his retrospective exhibition had been held in Paris.

Karen Severns has worked in New York and Tokyo as a filmmaker, film critic and programmer, journalist and advertising executive. She holds an MFA in Film from Columbia University and an MS in Journalism, and currently teaches film courses at Temple University Japan and Tokyo University of the Arts.
She has been the film series curator at the Foreign Correspondents’ Club of Japan since 2008, and a programmer for the New York Asian Film Festival since 2015. She is a founding partner of Tokyo-based KiSMet Productions, a boutique film production/promotion company involved in transnational projects.

キャレン・セバンズは、ニューヨークと東京で映画監督、映画評論家、プログラマー、ジャーナリスト、広告エグゼクティブとして活躍してきました。コロンビア大学で映画修士号、ジャーナリズム修士号を取得し、現在はテンプル大学と東京藝術大学で映画講座を教えています。

His serial interview articles on CoAR with Japanese in the movie industry are popular in Korea.

Born in 1964. Tatsutoshi joined ROBOT COMMUNICATIONS INC. in 1987. After he worked as a director for commercials, he created original animations applying different types of methods. These include Fuji Television’s “STRAY SHEEP” and NHK’s “Jam the HOUSNAIL.” Tatsutoshi has also been involved in creating commercials, picture books, illustrations and exhibit visuals.
He has been teaching animation at his alma meter Tama Art University, Department of Graphic Design since 2011. A member of the board of directors of the Japan Animation Association.

Takeuchi has reported from more than 100 countries in the world for over 30 years as a Mystery Hunter for the Japanese TV program “Discovery of the World's Mysteries”.
She is still active as a reporter in Japan and abroad, and also produces hats, bags and shoes using her expertise from her many years of travels.

1986年より「世界ふしぎ発見!」(TBS系)のミステリーハンターとして、30年にわたり世界100カ国以上をレポート。現在も、国内外をレポートし続ける。長年の旅の経験を生かし、バッグ・帽子・靴などのプロデュースも手がける。
著書に、「アフリカの女」（幻冬社文庫）、「おしりのしっぽ〜旅する私のふしぎな生活」（集英社be文庫）など。2016年、エッセイ「あっというまに」（KKベストセラーズ）を上梓。

Ryota NAKANO was born in 1973 in Kyoto, Japan. After graduating the university, He went to the Japan Institute of the Moving Image for 3 years and has been fascinated by directing films.
Independent film “Capturing Dad)” awarded the best director at SKIP CITY INTERNATIONAL D-Cinema FESTIVAL, invited to the Internationale Filmfestspiele Berlin, and won 14 awards outside Japan. 2016, his major debut film “Her Love Boils Bathwater” was awarded as the Best Actress, Best Supporting Actress, and other 6 awards. The film was won 35 awards in Japan and selected as representing Japan of The Academy Awards, a foreign film. 2019, “A LONG GOODBYE” based on the book was hit. 2020 “THE ASADAS” awarded Best Supporting actress involved other 8 awards. He was directing the FAMILY from his point of view.

Noriko Matsumoto is a producer of animation films and the head producer of dwarf studios.
She started her career as a TV commercial producer. After producing both 'DOMO' (1998) and the exhibition showcasing what goes on behind the scenes of animation films, that was the trigger of creating 'Komaneko' by Goda, Domo's creator, she shifted her field to the animation and character industry and she supported Goda when he started the studio dwarf.
Ms. Matsumoto was one of the first producers in Japan to work with international streaming services, bringing the superior quality stop-motion techniques that dwarf is renowned for to an even wider audience. First to be released was the 2016 Amazon Prime pilot season of 'The Curious Kitty', based on 'Komaneko'. After that came 'Rilakkuma and Kaoru' with Netflix in 2019.
In 2021 she worked with theater production people on a collaboration to support the industry during the pandemic, releasing the film 'Gyoro Goes to the Theater'

CMプロデューサーとして、キャリアをスタート。
1998年の「どーもくん」、2003年「絵コンテの宇宙」展での「こまねこ」誕生が転機となり、活動のフィールドをアニメーションとキャラクター業界に広げる。2003年ドワーフの立ち上げに参加し、2006年に完全移籍。
ドワーフの得意とするこま撮りで、いちはやく配信プラットフォームとの仕事を始め、2016年に「こまねこ」がAmazon prime videoのパイロットシーズンに採用され、Netflixでは「リラックマとカオルさん(2019)」が話題に。
今年はコロナ禍の中、国内外の舞台制作者とのタッグで「ギョロ劇場へ」をプロデュース。
