At a traffic junction in Singapore, the Green Man refuses to show up. Various types of pedestrians appear - the law abiders, impatient jaywalkers, government critics and clueless playful children. Will they cross the road on red? Who would they blame for the fault?
なかなか青にならないシンガポールの交差点。信号を守る人、無視する人、政府を批判する人、無邪気に遊ぶ子どもたち。様々な人が登場するなか、彼らは赤信号で道を渡るのか？誰がそれを責められるだろうか？

Ang Qing Sheng
Qing Sheng Ang is currently a lecturer in the Animation programme at LASALLE College of the Arts Singapore. He holds a Masters of Arts in Arts Pedagogy and Practice from Goldsmith University (London). He has previously won the Singapore Gold and Silver Award at the 19th and 22nd Digicon6 Asia respectively.
チン・シェン・アンは現在シンガポールのラサール・カレッジ・オブ・ザ・アーツでアニメーション講師を務めている。ロンドンのゴールドスミス・カレッジで芸術教育学と実践学の修士号を取得。第19回、第22回のDigiCon６ASIAにおいてSilverとシンガポールGoldを受賞。
